Pick-up Policy
PICK-UP POLICY
ALL PICKUP ORDERS WILL BE READY 24 HOURS AFTER ORDER IS PLACED.
We process and fulfill orders Monday through Saturday, 11am to 2pm.
Orders need to be received by 2 PM Eastern time in order to be ready for same day pickup.
For example, if placing an order at 11 AM on a Friday, order will be ready for pick-up at our store location at 4 PM the same day.
Pick-up orders must be picked up within 10 days of purchase date. After the 10 days, you will automatically forfeit the right to any exchange or return.
Products that have not been picked up within 30 days will be donated to a local charity without notification or warning.
The Consumer is responsible to pick up their order in a timely manner.

Pick up Returns
Pick up orders will always be ready the next day from the moment placed.Â
It is the buyer's responsibility to pick up before the 10 days from the ready date of the order (the day after order is placed)
Any orders that are picked up after 10 days automatically forfeit the right to an exchange/return.
Example:
Order #12345 was placed on 01/01/2021, this order is ready on 01/02/2021.Client will have until 01/12/2021 to pick up and return this order or they will forfeit the right to an exchange/return.
Please include a copy of your invoice.
All merchandise must have tags attached, be brand new, unaltered or damaged. Items that do not meet these standards will not be processed for an online store credit or exchange.
